Socialist Movement for Integration wants Prime Minister Berisha and Minister of Finance Bode to report to the Parliament for Albania's economical situation with the crisis around the corner. Head of SMI, Ilir Meta, urged the government to put to the side its demagogy, and start working on an anti-crisis plan. According to Meta the construction sector is weakening, exports are dropping and Albanian Lek is losing value. Meta warned the government that if the necessary measures aren't taken, then the country could step back in the dreadful year 1997.
