United States of America call Albania's entrance in NATO a historical moment. US ambassador in Tirana John Withers said that in just 5 weeks NATO will welcome Albania and Croatia as full right members. During a press conference in Tirana, Prime Minister Berisha assured that his government will continue with the reforms and the war on corruption. Chief of government also stressed his commitment to free and fair elections. Meanwhile General Secretary of NATO parliamentary assembly, David Hoops assures that despite the conflict between Slovenia and Croatia, Albania's membership in NATO isn't threatened.
