Socialist Party makes public documents, which according to SP, prove that Albanian government has violated the law with the contract signed between the latter and a foreign company for the concession of Devoll's hydro-powered plant. Deputy-chairman of socialist parliamentary group, Erion Brace, says that the government didn't conduct a study for the concession, and this contract will cause the state 400 million Euros. Brace adds that the government has not set any deadlines for this contract, while the law makes it clear that concession contracts can not be longer than 35 years.
