European Union Ministers of Foreign Affairs met on Monday morning to discuss the partnership with Eastern Europe, especially with western Balkans. In this meeting were discussed union's relation with Serbia, and the chance to offer the later opportunities to join the EU in exchange for a softer attitude toward Kosovo. Albanian minister of foreign affairs Lulzim Basha is expected to arrive in Brussels on Tuesday, to participate in meeting with the EU Troika.
