Socialist Party urges governing Majority to allow World Bank to investigate the allegations regarding the project for southern coast of Albania. Socialists compare this case to the Ponzi schemes of 1996, and just like when back then democrats refused to allow internationals to investigate the schemes, day they're doing the same thing, this time to protect Prime Minister's son in-law. But lawmakers of Democratic parliamentary group insist that Albania's has its own laws, and no matter what internationals want or say a country's law come before everything. Socialists denounced Prime Minister Berisha's son in-law, Jamarber Malltezi, a few months ago for hiring his own company for the needs of a project financed by World Bank, of which he was in charge of. The debate was brought back to attention after World Bank published a report on its project.
