Secretariat of Tirana's city council has yet to publish the results of Tuesday's voting regarding city's budget. According to chairman of city council, this is due to Mayor Rama's interfering during vote counting, which interrupted the process, hence making the voting invalid. City council's chairman says that he will convoke all councilmen, to negotiate for the budget, and later vote on it. According to him this time the voting will be nominal, meaning that each member gets to say just a "yes" or "no"
