 Socialist Party not only won't be party of parliamentary commission, that will verify who was on the payroll of state's secret police, but they will challenge it. Pandeli Majko, member of SP board, in an interview for Vizion Plus, said that lustration law is being used by Prime Minister Berisha for pre-electoral selections. According to Majko, who during 2006 when the issue of secret service's files resurfaced was chairman of SP parliamentary group, this law is selective and very unfairly interrupts mandates for one category, while favoring others. Majko's statements come at Socialists have made public their disapproval of lustration law, and declared that as soon as the law is published on government's Official Notebook they will file suit at Constitutional Court.
